One Step Closer!!!

So, in order to apply to the Radiology Tech program I have to finish all the pre-requisites. I had already done all of them at Dixie except for Biology and Anatomy so I took Biology over summer semester so that I can apply for the program in December instead of May and hopefully (fingers crossed) i can get into it next august. Anyway, I was really nervous for Biology because I took it down at Dixie and my teacher just had a teaching style that did NOT work for me whatsoever. I should have dropped the class but for some reason that never even crossed my mind and I failed the class. (it was the only class i have ever failed) So it totally made me lose my confidence in Biology even though I was an A student in biology in high school. Also, before class started in May I had emails from the teacher saying it was one of the hardest courses. greeeeat. also scared me haha! Anyway, it was very hard and I had a lot of info to take in in such a short amount of time. buuuuuuuut i managed to pull off and A-!!! 92%!!! I am so stoked! It made me even happier because it was a hard class but I still managed to do well on the tests and learn the info. So anyway, TAKE THAT Professor Jones at Dixie! haha!! So anyway, I am one step closer to being an xray tech!
I'm excited for next semester. I am taking Anatomy and Intro to Radiology. I can't wait! Should be intense but  I feel like I will take more of what I learn this semester to use toward my degree. yay! I'm a little worried about the lab...i think it'll be interesting but dead things freak me out haha! I guess that's something I will have to overcome this semester!
Anyway, I've been enjoying the few weeks I have off between semesters. Dan and I are heading to New England for 10 days on thursday and I can't wait! He is gonna show me all around New England! I can't wait! :D
