well hello! I have not updated this in quite some time...my bad...
anyway, i am now back at Lake powell. I got back here mid april and have been working like crazy. My job is pretty good, other than the fact i have to be to work by 5am. I have recently mastered gettin up at 4:30, gettin ready and still managing to make it to work by 5.
My first weekend here Paul and I took a trip to vegas. It was a lot of fun! We went to Lake Mead one day and that was fun. I still like Lake Powell more tho...but while lookin at the Hoover Dam all i could think about was transformers! I kept expecting to see Megatron come pop outta nowhere!
We stayed in Circus Circus...which i am now gonna suggest to everyone that reads this...NEVER STAY THERE!! our room was haunted...no joke!!! the alarm kept making static noises and paul's phone kept lighting up....annnnd the bathroom door slammed shut all by itself! Scary stuff! So we ended up sleepin with one of the lights on so the ghost wouldn't get us. haha!
Two days ago Paul, Chris and I decided we wanted to go hiking. So we hopped in my car and tried to find a hike. We ended up goin on a road past big water called Little Cottonwood Road...supposedly there is a doube arch down the road a little bit..or so we thought......but after driving for about an hour and a half we never found it. There were a lot of cows tho so we chased them. It was fun. We have now found out that the arch was a lot farther. So i think we will try again tomorrow to get to it. In a truck this time cuz the road was not exactly a road for a little corolla. We also are probably going to go to this old western movie set by paria and take some fun pictures.
It has been fun meeting up with friends from last summer and my first summer in 2006. I am happy for it to be summer....but i am missing snowboarding of course! We are going to be having a few of our friends from copper come visit us this summer as well so that should be fun. If any of you wanna come visit me, give me a call or email or text. I hate talking on phones so you will probably have the most succes with text. haha!

Yeah...I bet circus circus is haunted because someone got shot in your room....most likely at least. That hotel is messed up! I met a cop from there who said one time there was a dead body in the pool of one of the hotels (can't remember if its circus circus) and they had to distract everyone from it. Yes...Las Vegas is awesome.....

Anyway glad you love your job, cant wait to come out and try the food there. Hope you meet some hot guys this summer. Talking of which when is your know who arriving????
